01The opportunity
More Than a Consulting Room
Nuevo Medical Bundall is being developed for doctors who want more than a room to consult in. Through the Nuevo Care model, practitioners have access to allied health, specialist pathways, onsite diagnostics, pathology, pharmacy, structured patient programs and administrative support.
The aim is not a high-volume clinic. It's a premium environment where practitioners are supported by the people, systems and pathways needed to deliver good medicine and help patients follow through after the consultation.
We're currently recruiting our founding cohort ahead of opening in September 2026, with opportunities in general practice and cardiology.

What the Centre Provides
Practitioners consulting at Bundall will have access to the following.
- Premium new facility at 100 Bundall Road in a central Gold Coast location
- Private billing environment
- Onsite radiology across MRI, CT, ultrasound & X-ray
- Onsite pathology collection through Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology
- Access to exercise physiology, physiotherapy, dietetics, clinical psychology & speech pathology
- Structured patient programs including cardiac rehabilitation & cardiometabolic health
- Reception, administration, billing & patient coordination support
- Marketing, referrer engagement & practice development support
- Technology-enabled patient onboarding & clinical workflow systems
- Technogym-equipped exercise and rehabilitation facility, subject to centre policies and availability
- Dedicated staff amenities including a kitchen, breakout and rest areas
- Undercover doctor parking
- Flexible full-time and part-time arrangements
03Independence
Clinical Independence and Referral
Doctors consulting at Nuevo Medical retain clinical independence and remain responsible for their own clinical decision-making, treatment recommendations, referrals and patient care. Internal services exist to provide convenience and support patient follow-through, and there is no requirement to refer internally. All referrals remain subject to practitioner judgement and patient choice. Engagement is expected to be on a contractor or service-fee basis, subject to final commercial arrangements and professional requirements. Sessional arrangements may be available depending on room availability, discipline mix and the needs of the centre. There are also opportunities to contribute to the development of the founding service and to establish special interest clinics or dedicated service streams.
