01The practice

Building a Specialist Practice With Diagnostics Attached

Cardiology will form a central part of the specialist offering at Nuevo Medical Bundall. The service is being developed to give cardiologists the clinical environment, infrastructure and support needed to establish and grow a private practice within a broader multidisciplinary centre.

The cardiac diagnostic facilities are the substantive difference. The cardiology service will include two dedicated echocardiography rooms, one equipped with a stress testing system allowing stress echocardiography onsite, alongside dedicated patient preparation and testing areas. Onsite MRI, CT, ultrasound and X-ray sit alongside them through our radiology partner.

We're recruiting a founding cardiology team ahead of opening in September 2026.

03Expressing interest

Areas of Interest and Expressing Interest

We welcome cardiologists with interests across general cardiology, cardiac imaging, preventative cardiology, heart failure, rhythm management and electrophysiology, valvular disease, coronary artery disease, hypertension, cardiometabolic health, women's cardiovascular health and sports cardiology. Cardiologists retain clinical independence and control over clinical decisions, treatment recommendations and referral pathways, and there is no requirement to refer internally. Engagement is expected on a contractor or service-fee basis, subject to final commercial terms and professional requirements. To express interest, we'll ask for your personal and professional details, Ahpra registration number, provider number where applicable, specialist qualifications and FRACP status, subspecialty areas, current appointments, clinical and diagnostic interests, whether you're interested in reporting or supervising echocardiography, stress testing or ambulatory monitoring, and your preferred consulting arrangements.
